I put up a new bulletin board in the children's department today. :)
I used stuffed emoji ornaments (guessing here--they came on a string) that were a Happy Meal toy at McDonald's a while back. Printed emoji pictures would also work if you want to replicate it on your own.
I cut the letters out on the library's Cricut. Hope you like it!

Thank you so much for the inspiration! I found plenty of emoji inspiration through Amazon..found some clip-on emojis I can tack easily on a bulletin board. Love this idea and it will certainly garner comments and bring some sunny yellow into our wintery NH children's room!
